Logan ($2,000 first month, then $1,500/mo) is the done-for-you path where Logan implements everything for you: weekly GBP posts, review velocity ops with your intake staff, schema and citation work briefed to your developer, monthly Zoom strategy. Logan clients get Verdict tier of the SaaS included so you can read the data behind what he's doing. The two products are complementary, not redundant.

You're grandfathered into Scout at $149/mo indefinitely. Nothing changes about your billing. If you want monthly Jury verdicts and AI Search tracking, you can upgrade to Verdict for an additional $250/mo from your account dashboard.

Yes. All tiers are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period. Annual prepay is refundable on a prorated basis if you cancel within the first 30 days.

The Jury seats 12 simulated PI claimants on your homepage and returns verdicts on whether they'd sign, walk, or stay undecided. Each "seat" is a full LLM-driven analysis that costs us about $8 to run. Verdict tier includes one scheduled monthly seat plus 4 on-demand re-seats (so you can re-test after homepage changes). Firm tier gets weekly seats. Extra seats are available as a $49 add-on if you blow past the cap.

Firm tier includes API access — you can pull rank data and Jury verdicts into any system that accepts a webhook or REST endpoint. We don't have native integrations published yet but the API is documented and Jose's team will help you wire up your specific stack. Logan clients don't usually need API access since Logan delivers reports and analysis directly, but it can be enabled on request.

Firm tier covers up to 5 offices in a single subscription with separate maps and verdicts for each location. If you have more than 5, that's typically when Logan's done-for-you makes more sense than SaaS — each additional GBP needs its own weekly attention, and Logan's pricing is honest about that ($2,000 first month per added office, then $1,500/mo each). For 2–5 offices that want SaaS without Logan, Firm tier is the right answer.

Each Google Business Profile needs its own weekly attention — separate posts, separate review ops with that office's intake staff, separate citation cleanup, separate photo refresh. Logan can't make 5 GBPs perform without 5x the work. So pricing is one office at $2,000 first month then $1,500/mo, and each additional office is the same. We'd rather price honestly than under-deliver because we tried to bundle locations together.

Annual = 10 months at the monthly rate, billed once. So Verdict is $3,990/year instead of $4,788, a $798 savings — equivalent to two months free. Same on every SaaS tier (Scout, Verdict, Firm). Logan's done-for-you stays month-to-month; we don't lock clients into annuals there because the work itself shouldn't be locked in.
