Every PI tool tracks your Google rank. Nobody tracks what ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude say when an injured person asks them for a lawyer in your city. We're the first ones who do — and the answer matters more every month.
30-second check · 6 real LLM queries · no credit card
A growing share of injured people open ChatGPT or Perplexity before they Google "lawyer near me." If those tools don't name you, you're not in the consideration set. Period.
The 3-pack is still where most leads click — but a measurable and growing slice of injured people start with ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude. If your firm doesn't appear in those answers, those leads never see your map listing in the first place.
When ChatGPT names three firms in response to "best lawyer for a truck accident in Houston," that list carries the weight of a recommendation from a trusted friend. The injured person calls those three firms — not the ten that show up on a Google map.
Every PI marketing tool sells geogrid heatmaps. We've checked. Zero of them track AI-engine visibility. The firm that figures this out first owns the next eighteen months of cases that come through AI-driven referral.
Ranking #1 on Google does not guarantee ChatGPT names you. AI engines weight different signals: structured data, authoritative citations, distinctive entity language. Logan rebuilds your entity graph specifically for how AI engines decide who to recommend.
Drop your URL on the homepage. We run six real queries through ChatGPT and Perplexity, then show you exactly which prompts named you and which named someone else. Pro adds Claude and 5 more queries per provider, weekly.
When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a personal injury lawyer in your city, do they get your name?
The free check runs once per firm per day. From there: track it weekly yourself, or have Logan rebuild your entity graph for AI engines.
Yes. Every check makes a live API call to OpenAI's GPT-4o and Perplexity's Sonar model. We don't stub, simulate, or mock. The response you see in your report is what the model actually generated when asked. Costs us about eight cents per free check — we eat that cost as a marketing expense.
The three free-tier queries cover the three ways injured people actually ask: direct intent ("best [category] in [city]"), scenario ("I was injured in [city], which lawyer should I hire"), and reputation framing ("top-rated [bare practice] attorneys in [city]"). Together they test ranking, scenario relevance, and review weight. Pro expands to eight queries per provider for a fuller picture.
Traditional SEO optimizes for Google's ranking algorithm — keywords, backlinks, page speed. AI engines weight different signals: structured data and schema, authoritative third-party citations, distinctive entity language across the open web, and the engine's own training data cutoff. A firm that ranks #1 on Google can be invisible to ChatGPT, and vice versa. The work to fix it is genuinely different.
We do fuzzy matching against the firm's full name, common variants (stripping "LLP", "P.C.", etc.), and the distinctive first word + "law" or "& associates." If your firm is "Smith & Jones Law Firm," we match "Smith & Jones," "Smith & Jones Law," and "Smith Law Firm." False positives are rare; false negatives happen if the AI badly misspells your name (also rare). For citation detection, we cross-reference against your registered domain.
No. The check reads — it doesn't write. We're not pinging your firm to ChatGPT or claiming a profile somewhere. If you want to actually move your visibility, that's the Pro + AI tier (DIY) or DFY (Logan does it).
AI engines have training-data cutoffs and crawl cycles. Schema and entity-graph improvements typically show up in ChatGPT within 4-8 weeks (next major model update window). Perplexity is faster — often within 2-3 weeks because it crawls live for many queries. Claude sits in the middle. We track week-over-week so you can see exactly when each engine starts to recognize the changes.
No. Run a free heatmap scan from the homepage, then click the "AI Search" tab on your results. The free check fires automatically. Pro adds Claude, expands to 8 queries per provider, runs weekly, and gives you trend lines.
The free check takes 30 seconds and costs you nothing. Whether you find out you're already in 60% of answers or 0%, at least you'll know what to fix — and whether it's urgent.
